   Motability is a charity which helps disabled people of all ages to get around. It does this by helping them to use some or all of their Disability Living Allowance (DLA) at the higher rate Motability component, or War Pensioners Suppliment to buy or lease a car.
Ford was  one of the main supporting car manufacturers of the scheme since its inception in 1978. Weekly rental

The weekly rental column shows the amount of your allowance that will be paid to Motability Operations each week. Where the weekly rental is indicated with Total Allowance (T/A) the rental is for the total amount of the mobility component of our allowance. Any increases in the allowance are factored into the total cost of the lease and will therefore be paid to Motability Operations. However, where the weekly rental is fixed and is less than the total allowance, the actual weekly payment figure is shown.
